Delivery Policy

Items marked as ‘In Stock‘ are dispatched the same day if ordered before 12pm Monday to Friday. Items ordered after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.


For UK orders we offer the delivery options below.

Standard UK Delivery – £3.99 (3-5 Days)

Currently we do not deliver to, BFPO and PO Box addresses


At the minute we can not offer delivery on paint its Click and Collect Only from our shop.


Monday 14th December is the last day for delivery for Christmas using Royal Mail First Class. Please note if this is a Christmas gift Its not guaranteed to be there for the 24th December.


With the Lockdown rules we will be unable to send any orders until after 10th January 2021. Due to not being able to get into our premises. 

From Friday 8th January due to the latest covid restrictions we will only be allowed to post items on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

How does ordering multiple items affect delivery?

We will ship available items at the time of order and unavailable items separately as they become available. We use a stock indication system to give you an idea of how soon we should be able to dispatch your item. Please note that you will only pay the express delivery charge once. If you order 2 items or more by express delivery and 1 item is unavailable this item will be despatched when available by non-express delivery.

What happens if the item is damaged in transit?

We and our carriers take the greatest possible care to see that your order is delivered in pristine condition. However, if you take delivery of a parcel which shows signs of damage then please contact us within 1 working day. If a signature is required, please sign that the parcel is ‘Damaged’

What happens if my order gets lost or doesn’t arrive?

If you do not receive your order within the time specified, it will probably have experienced a delay between leaving our warehouse and arriving with you. We would appreciate it if you allow 10 working days before contacting us in case of such unforeseen delays. To notify us of a failed delivery please contact us.


Returns Policy

Returning an item couldn’t be simpler…

If your item doesn’t fit, or is no longer required

Simply return the item back to us within 30 days of purchase and we will arrange a refund for you. Your item must not have been used or fitted and it must be in the original packaging, otherwise a refund cannot be given.

Faulty/Damaged Item?

…again simply return it within 30 days and we will send out a replacement or arrange for a refund as necessary.
